No matter what you're dressing up as, wearable illumination is a guaranteed way to make your costume the star of the show. Getting yourself glowing can also be very practical: illuminated friends are easy to find in a crowd, and lights help everybody stay safe on the streets at night.

Dress up as Daft Punk, add a arc reactor to your Iron Man costume, or create a whole character inspired by bioluminescent sea creatures. From fiber optics, el wire and LEDs to actual fire, there are many ways to incorporate glow into your outfit this Halloween.
