Step 3Get those Zippos Clickin' And Start Shrinkin'

Slide in a piece of 1/2 inch heat shrink tubing (if you own an iPhone , leave a small gap without HST in order to avoid making it Unplugable )

Turn on your zippo

WITHOUT BURNING IT ! shrink the tubing carefully (I mean CAREFULLY don't let the flame touch the HST or the card , let only the hot air of the flame shrink the tubing , take it with calm)

Repeat this process , using several pieces of heat shrink tubing.

And to cover the smaller Parts , insert the small piece of 1/4 inch HST , and above it , one piece of 1/2 inch piece , heat and shrink

Once you have 2 or 3 layers , you're done , let it cool for 5 minutes

when I split the heat shrink tube, and then heat it, it opens up and falls off.

Yeah, that is supposed to happen, i think what he did, was that he used that piece but without shrinking it he slided over an uncut piece of HST, so the cutted piece would become smaller and the piece over it, would hold it in place while shrinking them, i know its been 2 months since you asked, and maybe you already figured out yourself, but i had to answer. have a nice day,
