1) Match box
2) Scissors
3) Glue
4) Stapler (optional)

Step 2: Cutting the Box

First remove the tray from the match box and cut along the side of the striker area that is at the back of the match box .

Step 3: Glue and Staple

Glue around the red line in the photo below.
Now take the back of the match box that has been cut off and place it between the two striker areas. Fold the two strikers over the back of the match box that has been cut off. You may want to staple along the bottom of the slim line match box to help every thing stay together better.

Step 4: Load the Matches and Finish

Load around 10 matches and slide them in the slim line match box. Push them all the way in until they are flush with the opening.
To open the matches push on each side of the box at the opening and they will slide half way out of the box and into your hand. Take a match then push the other matches back in to the box.
