Introduction: Improving My Car Pc Mount.

About: Update 12 September 2017: A very special thanks to Sam Elder, a manager here at Instructables, who tracked down the cause of my lost publications and fixed the issue. Take a bow Sam!

My car pc is a gem for my old honda civic.

Recently it has become to get loose from the velcro I used to stick it onto the centre console. I have spare pvc trunking so I decided to make supporting clips for the netbook.

Step 1: Cutting the Clips.

Using my cutting tool I cut two segments off the trunking.

Step 2: Making Mounting Holes.

I drilled 2 holes per clip and also onto the backplate that the car pc is velcro stuck onto.

Step 3: Putting on the Clips to the Backplate.

I cable tied the clips onto the backplate. These will now take the weight off the velcro strips I have been using.

Step 4: Completion.

Here is the car pc with the clips taking the weight. Eventually I may paint the clips black but for now I'm pleased!
