Increasing core strength with some of Active.com's experts and pros.
I did slightly more yoga-like versions of these (including a reverse plank) when I first started kickboxing. The stabilizer strength is vital for holding everything in place during various impacts. I agree. I have lower back problems so I have to make sure I do these correctly, but very helpful for stabilizing. Core strength is so important.
dang, you couldnt have spread these videos out a little?
I have lots more but that's it for today.
Thank goodness!
