Preserved lemons are incredibly versatile and super easy to prepare. Make a dressing with them, chop the rind up an add it to a butter sauce for pasta or pair them with quickly sautéed vegetables. Preserved lemons offer up a bright and salty burst of flavor to just about any dish.
