I was cleaning the cabinet in my kitchen and I noticed I have all these spices from India I completely forgot about. In particular there was this bag of cardamom that smelled divine so I decided to use it into my morning pancakes. Then to give it a bit of a fresh taste, I’ve caramelized a mango to make a tasty sweet sauce!

Try this soon!

Ingredients (serves 2):

pancakes mix + ingredient required on the package instructions
1 tbsp cardamom seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 mango
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp butter
syrup

This looks really delicious. I showed the picture to my friends and she said that we have to make this. Besides the mango I have everything to make this so hopefully we will be making this next weekend!
