These are great when you need a touch of spring in the middle of winter.  Colorful and tasty, they are easy to make.  They can used to made a “Fruit Pizza” bar were the cookie pizza crust is made for individual pizzas, covered with sauce, and each person adds the fruits they choose from the ones available.  You may use any sugar cookie recipe of your choice.  For these Fruit Pizzas, I used the same recipe I used for the Instructable found here:  http://www.instructables.com/id/Simple-Sugar-Cookies/.  Let’s get started.

Step 1:

One batch sugar cookie dough, baked into round cookies (you choose the size, and you may use premade sugar cookie dough)
1-7 oz. container marshmallow fluff
1 -8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
Fresh or canned fruit of your choice (I used pineapple tidbits, canned mandarin oranges, bananas, kiwi, strawberries and grapes.  If it was spring or summer, I would have chosen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, peaches, etc., so, whatever is in season.)

Hand mixer
Butter knife
Can opener
Nice photos, and a tasty idea! Thanks for posting it!
Very pretty! That marshmallow fluff and cream cheese mixture sounds good :)
