Introduction: Infrared Based Music Transmitter and Receiver

I made this project a year ago. In this project, melody from a musical chip is transmitted to a receiver using infrared LED and receiver.  

This infrared based music transmitter and receiver is made up of three different modules.
Test these three modules before you make this project.
  1. An audio amplifier
  2. Dark sensor using 741
  3. Melody generator using UM66
For the receiver module, you can use either a photo transistor as well as photodiode.
