Introduction: Intense Chest & Triceps Resistance Band Workout

This intense chest & triceps resistance band workout is a great strength training workout option for when you are on the road or when you have no access to a gym. It uses circuit format to burn out pecs first then triceps.

There are two parts to this workout:

Part 1: chest burn out

20 pound resistance band is used but you can use the one that works the best for you!

Anchor the resistance band parallel to your pecs

10 reps standing chest press + 10 reps standing chest flies

Anchor the resistance band below your pecs

10 reps standing chest press + 10 reps standing chest flies

Anchor the resistance band above your pecs

10 reps standing chest press + 10 reps standing chest flies

repeat everything 3 times total with no rest

Part 2: triceps burn out

10 pound resistance band is used but you can use the one that works the best for you!

Anchor the resistance band at the top of the door

10 reps tricep pushdowns + 10 reps tricep extensions

3 times total with zero rest
