Gorilla Glue.. still needs the 24hr bit, but when it's dry you'll never get it off.

Ethyl Alcohol will degrade Gorilla Glue within 15 minutes. I use it to clean up all the "overage" that always leak out of my projects. Its great glue.

well super glue would work it only takes like 20 minutes to dry and its just about as good as gorilla glue and doesnt expand like gorilla glue
