I'm pretty good with a spray can, and I prefer Krylon specifically because of the adjustable fan-spray nozzle that they started using in the last few years. It helps you make nice, even coats, and that's the key to a nice paint job.

However, this is not a good example of my spray skills, or the niceness of Krylon paint, for which I apologize. This was a messy, heavy, primerless single coat of crimson red, immediately followed with a few spots of gold and spot of white. I used a thick permanent marker to draw in some details, and glued the head in place.

Even though it seemed like I was trying to make this look crappy, it still turned out decent... if you're squinting from about 10 feet away.
