Italian Chicken Parmesan





Introduction: Italian Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Cutlets - 4

Pasta sauce - 1 Jar (500ml)

Flour - 1/2 Cup

Egg - 2

Bread Crumbs - 1/2 Cup

Grated Parmesan - 1/2 Cup

Mozzarella - 8 Slices

Salt - 1 Tea Spoon

Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon

Garlic Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon

Olive Oil - For Frying

Step 1: Step 1: Seasoning

Check Video

Season Chicken pieces with Salt and Pepper.

Season Flour with Salt, Pepper & Garlic powder.

Season Eggs with Salt & Pepper.

Add grated Parmesan to Breadcrumbs.

Step 2: Step 2: Coating

Coat Chicken pieces with Flour first, then with Eggs & then coat well with Breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture and set aside.

Step 3: Step 3: Frying

Put Olive oil in hot pan and fry chicken pieces, it should not take any more than 1 & 1/2 minutes for each side.

Step 4: Step 4: Preparing for Baking

Put 1 jar of Pasta sauce in a baking dish, lay the chicken pieces & top with Mozzarella slices.

Step 5: Step 5: Bake

bake at 400F /204F for 20-30 minutes until sauce thickens up.
