Italitex Bread

Nothing like home made bread to make a meal complete or to have a wonderful midnight snack with home made cheese. Italitex is just a name like Tex-Mex but for Italian and Texan instead of Texan-Mexican. Hope that makes sense. Can not make enough of it. Better than anything we have found in the store.

Step 1: What's needed.

Ingredients:

3 - cups flour
1 - package quick rise yeast
1 - pinch salt
1 3/4 - cup tepid water.
1 - handful cornmeal

Tools:
Stove
Dutch oven
non-stick pot for rising the dough
Long wooden spoon
Towel to cover rising vessel
Heat safety mits!!!!!!! required.
Cookie rack or equivalent.

You are probably right. I do need to get a new camera. Things are tight so I do wit what I have.
