Introduction: Itty Bitty Pancake Breakfast
The pancake...classic breakfast food...classic awesome taste...classically yummy with strawberries on top...ok now i'm stretching the classic thing. We've all had em', that delicious fluffy cake of goodness, topped with creamy butter, sticky maple syrup, and and then topped with strawberries. Hit's the spot. The only problem is you can only eat so many pancakes till your full, then you have to stop eating. What if we made them smaller and ate more! If they were itty bitty, teeny tiny, little guys you could eat hundreds, maybe thousands, maybe millions...ok nasty, well anyway you could eat alot more if they were smaller. So I give you the Itty Bitty Pancake! Besides there cute too...
Step 1: The Recipe
Ok here's the recipe...I didn't write the recipe I got it of allrecipes.com

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 egg, beaten (i scaled this recipe way down to make it small, so instead of 1/4 an egg i used 1/8 cup liquid egg)
1/4 cup milk
1-1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Mix all the ingredients together until well blended.
Step 2: Turn on Griddle
Turn on your griddle, or heat up your pan. Wow! Easy enough.
Step 3: Cook the Pancakes
Get a teaspoon and place small amounts of batter on the griddle, make it slightly bigger than a quarter. Let one side cook until golden brown then flip it.
Step 4: Add Toppings and Enjoy!
Next cut two little tiny squares of butter with a razor blade and place them on top of your stack of pancakes. Add a few cut down strawberries to the side, or on top. Top with a dollop of maple syrup. Admire your handiwork, then eat it!
