The healthier and more pure the ingredients are, the better quality the food will be.. you seem to have that down!! Delicious.. this would also be great with a hottie tottie

I just made this, replaced the coconut oil with extra virgin olive oil, and it is amazing. Thanks!

I love the combination! Jalapeno and honey?! Come on! Then with the beans you've got the spicy, salty, sweet, light bitter...almost umami! I'll have to try it!

Interesting mix of flavors! How would you describe the final taste?

the cornbread has a jalapeno flavor, but really isn't all that spicy. the honey gives it a sweet taste, but not to overpowering (not like cake). all in all, it is a mellow blend of sweet and spicy i guess. Mixing it with the beans is an entirely different story. the beans have a smokey, rich flavor with a bit of zip from the tequila. it makes for a interesting Mix or flavors. Hope that helps
