Jeera Chicken Fry is a delicious and a spicy recipe which you can have it with cold drinks in the evening get togethers and parties.

Step 1: Description
400 g chicken winglets (You can take other chicken leg or other chicken pieces as well. Please adjust the quantities of rest of the ingredients as per your chicken quantity.)
1/2 to 1 tbsp cumin powder 1/2 to 1 tbsp salt 1/2 to 1 tbsp red chilli powder (optional) 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder (optional) 1/2 tbsp tp 1 tbsp oil (it will help chicken to get tender)
3-4 dry red chilli (optional and as per your taste) 3-4 Cinnamon stick 2-3 small bay leaf 2 tbsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp coriander seeds 3-4 green cardamom 1 tbsp peppercorn seeds 1/2 tbsp Anise seeds
2-3 tbsp oil (1/4 to 1/2 small cup) 1 big chopped onion (or 2 small onions) 1-2 chopped green chilli 6-8 curry leaves 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/2-1 tbsp garam masala 1/2 tbsp red chiili powder 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 1/4-1/2 tbsp coriander powder.
Step 2: Marinate
Wash and pat dry chicken pieces.
Add ingredients mentioned under 'to marinate' and coat the chicken pieces well.
Leave the chicken to marinate for 30 minutes.
