Jello Flavored Popcorn Ball Ornaments

Jello Flavored Popcorn Ball Ornaments
I was trying to think of treat to make for our annual Christmas party. My mom suggested popcorn cake, but I decided to make popcorn balls instead. These popcorn balls are easy to make, quick, and can be customized with your favorite Jello flavor/color. With the addition of saran wrap and a hook these tasty treats can also be used and ornaments. You can eat these ornaments when you want a snack and you will not have to store them at the end of the season.

This looks soooooo good! I really want to try them, but does anyone have a recipe for making your own jello mix? I'm allergic to the red food coloring they put in almost all of their flavors.

This appears to be a lot easier than the version that requires corn syrup and and candy thermometer (tastier too!) I can see that this idea could also be used for holidays such as Halloween (orange), Easter (pastels), etc...that have a color associated with the event. Great job on the Instructable!
