This ice-cream is really easy to do, it's based on gelatin, mixed with condensed milk and cream.
This is the second time I make this and I learnt that the brand makes a difference. This second batch acquired a texture not unlike "real" ice-cream. My family approved it, :)
I may post an actual instructable on it later, it's just a matter of actually making it again so I can photograph the ingredients and the making process. Right now I just wanted to show off, I'm just a beginner at the kitchen so even simple recipes like that make me really happy when they turn out successful.
