This is a really quick and foolproof pizza recipe for your next pizza night. It is beyond simple as the crust is made in a jiffy just 5 minutes! So let's get started. Preheat your oven to 400 deg. and gather the ingredients.
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 T baking powder
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup milk
Put the flour in a large bowl and sift the baking powder in. Mix well. Then add the oil and milk and blend with a spoon. The dough will be wet and not sticky.
Step 2: Spread the dough on a pan
Plop the dough on your favorite pan, I like the 16 inch pizza stone. Roll or spread the dough out and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. The dough should be nicely brown and ready for toppings. Pre-cooking allows for a crisp pizza.
Step 3: Top the crust
Top with your favorite toppings. I find 8 oz of sauce and 8 oz of cheese is perfect for my family. The yogurt cheese is great for the lactose free crowd. Once you have all the toppings on, bake for at 400 for 10 minutes and serve.
