A delicious new tequila drink invented by a former sushi chef, Gerard Dumuk, of Midori Mushi.
Requires tequila, a lime, maple syrup, ice, a cocktail shaker, a martini glass (negotiable) and a mixture of 3 parts smoked sea salt to one part paprika for the rim.
Step 1: Ice
Chill glass with ice. Fill the shaker half full with crushed ice.
