This juice is so refreshing before or after a work out!
Step 1: Ingredients and Method
Chill everything for at least 3 hours before juicing (if you can, freeze the cucumber, makes it extra good!):
1/2 c seedless black grapes
2 celery stalks
1/2 of a long cucumber (English cucumber)
1 calamondin/calamansi/jeruk limau (available at Asian stores)
Wash all fruits and vegetables, cored apples and nectar, seeded calamansi, and run them through your juicer!
