This is a simple but awesome K'nex doc for the ipod mini and nano 1st and 2nd gen.

Step 1: Create Base and Supports

Look at the picture for a general idea.

Step 2: Create Top Part

Refer to picture once again.

Step 3: Connect Both Parts and Pat Yourself on the Back

Congrats You Have Completed Your K'Nex iPod Dock

Step 4: Update: 90 Degree Angle

Heres an update i like 45 degrees better but crash was wondering why i did that so here is a 90 degree version.

(P.S. Sorry about the first pic u may have to tilt your head to the left 90 degrees)
Will this work for a third generaton nno?????? please help me!!!!!!!!!
Nice! +1
can u make a ipod video dock ( 5th gen)? for your dock-make soft pads on the dock so it wont scratch- just a suggestion
mine is a cool dock that can realy fit anything and i added padding so nothing would happen to it, check it out
very nice, ill post a ipod nano mod for this soon, since my nano didnt fit.
nice....
My brother made this, and works great. Nice job!
it's beast :-)
One word: AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! Or other words to that power.
Is there an y difference betwenn the Ipod Nano and the Ipod Mini.
The nano is about half as think and a little narrower. It is the mini's successor.
COOL!! :)..........does a video ipod fit???
cool will an ipod that has a case fit
cool
Cool! "knex" section of instructables is really getting some cool stuff!
I personally find them annoying, as they are 90% "guns", but then again the community is liking them...
10 percent other, 80 percent badly working/just plain bad guns, and ten percent really good guns.
I dont no why its 45 degrees i thought it would look better then 90 degrees but ill see what i can do maybe i can make it like 60 degrees or something
Why do you need it at a 45 degree angle, again?
