KSR-98 Sniper Rifle

Hello! This is my 11th Instructable, and my first posted sniper rifle.
Hmm. I can't really think of a good description right now. I'll probably edit it later.
Anyways, I haven't gotten a flat range yet sense it's been so windy out. I would highly appreciate
it if someone could measure it for me. Edit - According to dutchguy ( nederland ), it shoots 375 feet.
Sooooo...... That's pretty much it, for now.

Everyone loves Piece Counts! Surprisingly, this uses less yellow connectors then the SR-V1.

Rods

Green - 257 (Yowie!)
White - 181 (Ekk!)

holy cow a comment! lol just make the barrel however long you can. im coming out with a l96 once i get the pictures, its a lot better except for the range. it uses the same mech but its a model

 im gonna make this but probably with a little shorter barrel (you said make the barrel piece 24 times so i might make it 20 or 15 times)

i realy like this gun , it don't has the best look of a gun , bud this
is a power gun .. i get it to 375 feet , thats a little bit more than my last sr-v2 , so i'm pretty happy :D

Sure, I guess. If your using good bullets. The rubber bands I used are defiantly capable of shooting 150+ feet.

I don't know. I never tested the range because it's always windy since I live right next to the Chesapeake bay.

It entirely depends on what ammo and bands your using. KILLERK had to use surgical tubing and sniper rounds to get 500 feet. And it uses 123 yellow connectors. See the piece count for more.

I made this gun and i even made it a couple of sections longer and OMG, its AMAZING!!!! 5/5! and i subbed =D!

i shot it at my wall and BANG little pieces of K'nex debris flying arround :|.
best gun i have ever built =D and didnt even need so many pieces.

iv made the gun and it fires but when i try to pull the triger the blue piece falls off and so it dosnt fire

 brilliant gun although the trigger breaks so i have to tape it but other than that best gun ive made from this site.

 definatly superglue it or put tape on it...

other-wise when you try to fire it the triger breaks and the bullet stays in!
