This kale and apple smoothie is a delicious, refreshing summer smoothie filled with an abundance of nutrients.

Yield: ma

Step 1: Ingredients

- 2-1/2 cups of fresh kale

- 2 gala apples, chopped

- 2 tbsp of lime juice

- 1/2 banana, chopped

- 2 cups of cold water

- 1/2 cup of ice cubes

Step 2: Blend Fruit & Veggies

1. In a blender, blend the apples and kale. Also blend in the banana and add the lime juice.

Step 3: Blend Water & Ice

2. Blend in the cold water and ice cubes.

Step 4: Serve!

3. Serve smoothie cold with fresh lime. Enjoy!
