Kaleidoscope Egg from the Large resin blank

Turning a kaleidoscope Egg
Beautiful! After you turn the first egg, you should use it to create a silicone mold. That way, you can create more of these eggs easily without any further need for the lathe.
Where do you get a resin blank from? What are you going to do with all that silly string coming off of it? What is that polish you rubbed on there? How did you get it so shiny? Using a lathe looks like fun. One day I will try it.
I make the resin blank. I put the turnings in the trash. I polish by wet sanding from 150-12000 grit than use plastic polish to finish.
