Kid Craft - Quick 'n Eazy Throw Pillows

Here's a really quick and easy throw pillow that we did with the girls using their choice of a sewing machine or a needle and thread.

Eight year olds were able to do this with remarkable ease and very good results.

All straight stitching was used and the time required was from 1/2 - 1 hour to complete this project.

Step 1: Materials

You will need:

About 1/2 yard of Fabric
Pillow Insert
Stitch Witchery
Thread
Scissors
Straight Pins
Sewing Machine or Sewing Needle

I got a sewing machine last year for my birthday. I am still learning how to use it and would love for my daughter to use it too. I remember a pillow was the only thing we made in junior high Home Economics. I love this pillow you can make with your kids.
