Introduction: Kielbasa Pasta (Kielbasa Stuff)

This is one of my family's favorite recipes that my wife and I came up with in our early years of dating. We hope you like it as much as we do.

Step 1: Ingredients

You will need
1 pound keilbasa
1 box of pasta (any kind we usually use ziti, spiral, or bowtie)
1 can original rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
large skillet with a lid

Optional
Parmesan cheese

Step 2: Prep Work

1. cut up your kielbasa i usually cute it in quarters you can do slices to but quarters usually makes it spread out better later in the mix

2. chop up your onions and bell peppers nothing fancy just small pieces works fine

*NOTE* keep everything in separate piles or bowls they cook at different steps

3. Start a large pot of water for boiling your noodles in

Step 3: Cook Kielbasa

heat up your skillet with some oil and cook until browned i like for it to be a little crisp make sure it's cooked all the way thru

once it's cooked remove from the pan and put it to the side

Step 4: Cook Pasta

once your pot of water is boiling add your pasta and make sure to stir occasionally and check it once it's done just strain it and put it to the side till we need it

Step 5: Cook Vegetables

in the same pan you cooked the meat start sautéing the onions till they are browned around the edges

then add the bell peppers and they them cook till they are as soft as you want them

Step 6: Spice It Up

next we are going to add the cash off Rotel to the mix and stir in the Kielbasa

let the mix simmer covered on low heat for about 5 mins

Step 7: Mix It All Together

mix it all in a big pot with the noodles

Step 8: Eat It

Serve in a bowl or plate what ever you like now it's the time you can add Parmesan cheese if you like

well hope you all enjoy it let me know what you think of it
