Introduction: K'nex - Browning M1919 Instructions

Picture of K'nex - Browning M1919 Instructions

Hey guys, and today I bring you instructions for the M1919 Browning that was used in World War I (M1917), World War II, The Korean War and the Vietnam War. One of it's counterpart known as the M2 Machine Gun (nicknamed the "Ma Deuce") is still being used by most NATO forces since World War II because of it's low recoil and that the barrel on it is 45 inches long, the range is 4.5 miles.

But before we go any further, I would like to thank and give a lot of credit to Instructables member Smithinator as I did follow the pictures that he posted of his own M1919 Browning to make this one. When I finished it, I made quite a few changes to it to and of course I have made instructions for it so you can have your very own M1919 Browning. The M1919 Browning took me 4 hours and 30 to build it and this does include making minor tweaks and adjustments.

Good Points

· Very Realistic

· Detachable Bipod

· Includes Ammo Belt

· Comfortable Handgrip

· Good Iron Sights

. Ammo Belt Is Removable

Bad Points

· Uses A Few Cut Pieces (See Parts List)

· Doesn't Shoot Because It's Just A Model

Specifications For A Real M1919 Browning

· Designed - 1919

· Number Built - About 5,000,000

· Ammo - Mainly .30-06 Springfield or 7.62x51mm NATO

· Rate Of Fire - 400 to 600 Rounds Per Minute

· Powered - Short Recoil Operation

· Magazine - Usually 250 Round Belt

· Range - Between 587 and 1500 yards

In Call Of Duty: Zombies, the Browning M1919 is available in all WAW maps only and not in Black Ops versions where it is only available from the Mystery Box for 950 points. It is among one of the most fan favourited weapons because of it's high damage, large ammo count and low recoil but it's reload time takes 6 to 7 seconds so Speed Cola is very strongly recommended and it is up to the player to buy Double Tap to increase the rate of fire as since it is slow but it will use more ammo. When it is Pack-A-Punched for 5000 points it becomes the "B115 Accelerator" where you get more ammo and a quicker rate of fire. It is one of the best guns in Call Of Duty: World At War in the higher rounds against the zombies and it does do a excellent job at giving you tonnes of points.

Thanks Inventor

It's cool. A little basic looking though, wouldn't you say?

Well Corgi, the original Browning M1919 belonged to smithinator which was alot smaller, had a different bipod, the ammo belt was different and it was also on the wrong side of the weapon, so I took the old one and made changes to improve it alot more but its the best I could do.

You did improve it, it's just pretty simple. Of course, the real browning looks pretty basic on the outside.

Well its a World War II light machine gun with no box magazine and no stock but the removable bipod and ammo belt are its best features.

Yeah. I wish I had more grey clips, I couldn't build more then 10 or so links on the ammo belt. XD

Well Corgi I know a website where you can buy them, there either 2p or 3 cents each depending if live in the United Kingdom or America.

I'm kind of assuming that this doesn't shoot, so, that said, I think you could've done a tad better on the looks of the gun. You did a great job, but, no offense, there are some who have made better looking ones that do shoot. But I will say that I think you did a good job. Keep building!

Thanks K'nexguy237, I will continue building more K'nex reviews and instructions and if do like my creations then subscribe

I do. I didn't much like the maps with the tanks. I prefered the others. I
believe that World at War had the some pretty good multiplayer. I like all the maps except some on Black Ops II which are annoying. I like Der Riese a lot, but my favourite map has to be Moon.

My least favourite maps in my opnion

Tranzit

Shangri-La

Five

Die Rise

Call Of The Dead

Okay, my least favourite are

Mob Of The Dead

Die Rise

Nuketown

Tranzit

Nacht Der Untoten

This is quite good. By the way, you mentioned Call of Duty: World at War. But only
the Zombies part. Do you have it or like playing it?

I do have and i have played through the campaign with Reznov being one of my favourite characters, I have played on he multiplayer especially on the maps that had tanks in them with my class either using a sniper and camping or running around with a submachine gun. I did play zombies mainly Der Riese because it was one of my favourite maps being the first appearance of Pack-A-Punch.

Sure you can mod this to shoot so long as you give credit

Carrot187 (author)2014-09-11

Thanks Carrot
