Knex Concepts 1

Ok, so like Oblivitus, I need a way to speak my mind on guns, so here are some concept weapons that have not been done before.

Pictures:
1. KillerK's new ammo magazine. This magazine allows lot of ammo in a small space, and was inspired by the Peacemaker Carbine from Bulletstorm. It also looks awesome.
2. A variant on Luis, 'pinch' mech. This one utilises 2 pincers instead of one this means more power and a horizontal mag. It is operated   by pushing the mag pusher.
3. My best mech so far. This was inspired by this gun, made of Lego. The motor pulls the ammo up the mag, and out of the top where it can escape. The has the capability of producing the most powerful and controllable Automatic Knex weapon ever, but I don't have the parts :(

I have started my own idea for building #3 but have ran into some problems. My main concern is that i can't build a magazine to take the pressure of the bands without bending or breaking. If you have any ideas they would be helpful.

This is the problem I ran into. The only fix is to use oodammo, because you can use a rod to as well as the front walls of the mag to stop the bullets. apples!!!!! is making one ATM, so I can't say much. I made one which used grey clips sideways, but there was way too much friction.

Thanks and i have found a way for the mag to work. It works a lot like the lego one but without a motor. The ammo is orange connectors sideways sorta like how the bricks were placed for the lego one.

I tried number 2 a few days ago, had the same idea oddly enough (exact same idea, as in identical!), and it doesn't work. You have to understand that not just any pinching will work, it has to be directed. The only thing that your mech will do is to slow the bullets down. I fell for the same logical flaw.

well how would you make a barrel for that?
or are the 2 half ball connectors 'shells'?
then how would u make the ejecting?

The barrel is 3x3 :) Kinetic made a mag that can take these ammo, it's on his semi auto page in teh comments
