Introduction: K'nex IMI TAR-21

Hello fellow K'nexers. This is the TAR-21 that I made some weeks ago. I wanted to post it last week, but school got in the way. Anyway, about the gun. It's a model (sigh, I know, ANOTHER model). My next gun will be shooting. I haven't measured the length/heigth etc. so I don't know if it's exactly the same size. It seems about right according to the picture I used. It has some attachments (like extra mags, sights etc.). I made a RBG grenade launcher thingy for it with my last pieces.
Some pro's and con's:
Pro:
- Good looks
- Comfortable
- Compact
- rails
- Folding Iron sights

Con:
- Model
- Front could use some work
- Not sure if it's the exact size

this is a TAVOR tar-21

author

Maybe it's called TAVOR tar-21 or something like that in your favourite FPS game. But its real name is IMI / IWI Tavor Assault Rifle.

author

Hey man, check out the brand new IWI Tavor! It is a civilian version that U.S. citizens can get! Sweet awesomeness is what I say. The IWI Tavor would be an easy build.

author

I looked up the IWI Tavor. The closest I found to it was the TC-21. Which is semi-auto, thus civilian. Looks cool

author

Yup, it is pretty cool. Sorry about the name, my bad.

author

Doesn't matter :)

author

Hmm... well, it is pretty good. It is not like KnexGurl's, which is something I like, and I can tell that this was not a walk in the park type of build. Keep up the good work, and don't worry about it being a model, no biggie.

author

Thanks a lot! It indeed was pretty hard (front part mostly)

Cool but it would be more cool if it shot

Thanks. I know it would be cooler if it shot, but it was pretty hard to fit a mech in it, 'cause the front portion is pretty narrow.

ziet er goed uit, alleen de voorkant lijkt wat smal

author

Bedankt. Zelf was ik ook niet helemaal tevreden over de voorkant, maar ik heb hem al afgebroken afgelopen week...
