Knex SSCR IV

Well, I know that the V3 was great in all, but I just wanted to add some more stuff to this gun to make it better looking. The performance is still the same as the V3 though. Now for some stats of the gun I suppose.

Pros:
Powerful
Good range = 35-55ft
Cheek rest
Iron sights
Still looks "real"
Pin guided

Cons:
No high ROF
Accuracy is nothing huge

Credits:
Puddock for his stock and "gun" essentially. I understand I forgot to add it the first time.

It means that my gun wasn't as popular as the new, innovative ones. It wasn't popular because of the old, outdated mechanism, and it could have been better.

Too lazy to redo the whole gun as it was. If I make anything related to this gun, it will be more modern looking than this thing.

I just made a ZKAR to go along with this gun, and so far i'm still trying to fix a chambering problem within the gun; the ammo ends up too far from the pin's striking range.

It doesnt eat too many pieces up, I still have this gun built. And my ZKAR is still giving me problems a little. I just might redo the front end and make a turret rifle out of it for the fun of having one.

I built the ZKAR V2 last week and with 3 64 rubbers it shoots 30 feet. Not bad at all.
I'm currently making the TR18 but it's finger torturing.
BTW this gun isn't that bad

For the tr. Look at dj radio's profile. He has an video to add rods in a full row of connectors. Safes a lot of pain.

Which halo reach plasma gun? There are plasma rifles, pistols, ect. I might be able to think of something for whatever plasma gun you want. And finish the ible so others can build. :)

Thank you for providing a pic. So I guess the "turret" is going to be behind the handle huh? Its a slim chance it will be able to shoot, but if you or I can get it to fire, then it will be one of the better "replicas" on this site most likely.

I know the trigger is going to be hard, and I doubt if its going to be able to maintain the perfect shape of the gun either. I think its a 5% chance the gun will shoot at any level.

Yes, I also agree. Not worth working on something that is certain to fail. I don't think I will have the time to build a second gun either. But what is your idea?

I agree,im going to give up aswell, it looks although you were only considering the turret, but I also dont know about the trigger either.

It would have been cool though. Maybe next time we can colloborate again. I think this is a miss.

Yea we can collaborate sometime again. I had a whole trigger mech drawn out on paper for the Plasma repeater. Its rather late where im at; 3:50 am.
