K'nex Shotgun (Instructions)

This is the instructable for my K'nex shotgun. I would recomend that you should build it, because it is a decent shotgun. Please rate, comment, and subscribe.

Step 1: The main body

Here you will make the body of the gun.

Image 1 : Build these panels.
Image 2 : This is another view of the trigger mechanism.
Image 3 : Here is yet another view of the trigger mech.
Image 4 : Attach the other panel from image 1 to the stuff you just built.
Image 5 : Build these pieces.
Image 6 : Take the pieces you just built and put them in the places shown.

You are done with the body. Go on to the next step.

Looks sweet! I'll try to build it ASAP. I'd like to see a parts list, though, but I'll see if I can make one (Don't be surprised if I don't)

I didnt shoot it I just worked the mech for future use and modding. I may use it on a KSG 12.

Yeah, there are lots of "shotguns", but they aren't really shotguns. There are also tons of "semi autos".

Do the bullet locks in the shell work? Have you made the gun? I plan to make a mag-fed, pump action gun that uses shells and uses this concept.

The gun with the current shells and 2 64 bands has a range of like 15 feet and very little power. I would try to use Tr-8 shells like Seleziona's Gargoyle.
Also please make and post that gun you are planing to make.

Hmm, thats odd. When I shot mine it shot about 45 feet. Please show some pictures so I can see if you are doing anything wrong. If it used a shell like the TR-8 shell, then the gun couldn't be 5 layers thick, and the ramrod would have to be on the side, like the Gargoyle. Do the bullet locks work? In the picture, near the part were you pull back on the bolt, there is a 2 slot grey connecter. Maybe that got pushed in, and was slowing the bullet down.
