Knex Steyr Aug [Update 3]

A knex Aug I made, hope you guys like, and enjoy =)

I WILL post this one, sorry bout the Offspring, some little boogers smashed it and i didnt want to remake because  it would take WAY tooo long, so I made this for you guys, Thanks for all the subscribers, and wonderful comments you guys leave :D


:Update -
I now have made a removable mag with bullets to be held in it, so you dont have to carry around blue rods, just pull one out of the little hole :D

:Update 2-
The gun can missfire occasionally, im trying to fix that right now, but as of now, it is going under fixing and tweaking.

:Update 3-
The gun no longer misfires, and the trigger is reinforced, the only problem im facing right now, it the way you load it, if not pulled back far enough, the trigger wont go into place, so im working on it just a little more.

Don't use whites, because they're a bit too large. I'm thinking some combination of reds or something. I dunno, just have fun with it!

Actually, I think the square fits in much better for some reason. I think that it should be square-ish, but still follow the basic shape of the real one- I'll attempt one in a little while and post a lame one to kind of give you an idea of what I mean.

Sorry 'bout that, I was busy yesterday. I found a bit of time this morning and here's a sort of rough outline of what I got. Btw, that yellow rod should be bendy, but I don't have any...so I tried to make it bendy >.> lol

Its good, but i dont see how you will see through that, i like the shape, but not the connection in the front, and half of the back, sorry if im being rude, but thanks for trying :D

I actually made it using the dimensions of your gun, and I also made a point not to use any white connectors.

Sure. It's impossible to get a shot where the opening looks like it does in person(it's much smaller in the picture), but this is the best I could do. The opening is a bit bigger than that of the center of a connector, if you want to use that as reference. And honestly, with the height of this scope and the fact that it's a K'nex gun, you probably shouldn't be using the scope if you want to hit your target :P

Well to be quite frank, there is no such thing as a K'nex scope since they're all just tubes that limit how much you can see lol.

Haha you can see through it, it's just more like looking through round scope than a bigger, square one. And the entire lower connectio wasn't what I was going for, I just added that on cause I was bored and wante to make it look more like real one :P haha I was just showing the scope itself really.

To make it properly, it shouldn't be 100% white cons. But yeah if you do post and I get off my lazy butt, I could probably put a round scope on there for you.

Oh and it doesn't look like it uses a lot of white cons at all. Are you building multiple projects at once?

Mine doesnt actually work, it just holds bullets so you dont have to be carrying around blue rods in ur pocket so often.

No no no, you got it wrong, it doesnt go off too easy, its just the length of the trigger in the inside is a tad too short so the rod doesnt get into the right place, and can missfire, im still working on it. But anyways, thanks :D and ill take a look :P
