Knex Stool

Hello everybody,

          Introducing my knex stool. The stool is 15" high, 15 1/2" wide at the base, and 12 1/2" wide at the top. As far as I have tested, it can support up to 200lb. When you sit on it, it may creak, but it has never collapsed when I've sat on it. I would suggest if you weigh over 150lb. that you should add a extra cross brace. Enjoy the pictures and please vote. Wow that looks really good. But you should maybe add tires or something else on the bottom of the feet so all the weight is not being held up by that cross brace.

That looks good! You know why I said that right? If the feet don't have traction, then they will just splay outward when pressure is put on them, so the crossbrace holds them together, and also all of the weight.

ummmmmmmmmmmm...............no offense or anything but if you cant stand or sit on it what do you do with it besides use up knex parts ?

was this based on any other instructions that I could find online? (assuming you have no plans to post specific directions. Also what is your estimate for how much this cost to make?

If you mean based on another knex project the answer is no, but if you mean based on a wooden stool the answer is yes. I might consider posting instructions if there is enough interest in it. And as to the cost I really have no clue. If I decide to post instructions I'll see if I can give an approximate of how much it cost.
