I'm proud to present you my newest, biggest and best preforming ball machine yet, Intertwined. Feel free to ask questions!

Some facts:
-14 tracks
- 5 networks
- 7 lifts
- half a year of building time

Special thanks to Sandroknexmaster (elements), Sorunome (Ultimate Chainsaw Lift), 39Shadowman (Shifting Arm lift) and Tornado96 (Shifting Arm lift and Semi-Circle Lift) and all the other K'nex ball machine builders on YouTube and Instructables.

Question: what tubing do you think is best for building a knex ball machine?

in some cases the old orange tubing is better. due to the thinner radius, you can make tighter corners with the track. also, in a general 2 orange connectors on a blue rod type path, the ball lies deeper within an orange tubing based path, making it more stable. besides that, the ball holds more tortional energy, so it makes for a general slower, but not nescesary more energy loosing type of pathing.

I came to the same conclusion. It also looks good w/ the gold connectors :P

I think the rollercoaster tubing because it's strong.

(But I haven't got that many of that)

Thanks. (sorry for the late reply)

Hey, I just made my first instruct abeles account, I am filming my new ball machine right now

I saw it, it's great, and can't wait for the new video!

Vid is unavailable in germany :(

Get proxtube.

Nope, not doing it :P

but it removes the video block right?

More like, overgoes it by proxying through the US :P

Oh no! Do you know how to fix it?

it is because youtube is just stupid. You could send me the file over skpye, though :3

I'll do that.

AMAZING ball machine! :-D A great way to kick off the "ball machine season" (a.k.a. summer); makes me want to continue my next ball machine! I would list what I liked the most, but the list is already overflowing. I especially commend you on the elevator and crane lifts: I have tried both before, but neither one successfully. Makes yours all the more impressive! ;-)

Thanks! I also like that lifts, and I the instructions of the elevator lift are coming soon, maybe friday! Can't wait to see your ball machine!

Yea! :-D Those will be cool instructions, for sure...

As for my next ball machine, you may be waiting awhile. It's uh, still mostly in the concept stage right now. But summer is here, right? :-}

How did you get the mechanism to work.

4 weeks of working on the mech..

Cool man!

As I already said on youtube, truly amazing!

Thank you Sandroknexmaster, you inspired me!

:D

BTW, I just found out that none of your ball machines have been featured yet, I almost can't believe that...

Yeah, I get not that many views.

WOW!! This is truly awesome! The density this ball machine has is great. The white floor is a nice touch. 1:58 - that element is very unique! Great job :D

Thanks! I will make instructions of that element! :)

Sounds good, I look forward! :D

I will let you know.. :)

Thank you!

This thing rivals Metropolis.

That's a high praise!

Great ball machine! I really like that crane lift and elevator lift.

Thanks Shadowman! The crane lift is from the "power tower crane" set, a bit modified and I will make instructions of the elevator lift!

Wow! Cool machine, Cool lifts! Good job! But why 7x pirates of the caribbeans song in the vid? :D

Thank you! Yeah, I'm sorry but I didn't know something other.. :/

Awesome machine! Really good job. I like the elevator lift, and there is lots if cool elements too!

Thanks dude! I'll make instructions of the elevator lift and the new elements!

You got a sub.

Thank you very much!

That looks so forking epic! Wow!
