Hello everybody. So this is my D. Eagle V2. It's also a model, and it has a moving trigger. I couldn't realy build other features in it, 'cause it is a bit small for a decent working slide etc. and still looking good.
The only thing I don't like that much is the back. It looks a bit unfinished, but if I put red connectors on it, it's unrealisticly large.
Tell me what you think, and please rate =D
some improvements over the first version:
- Better front
- Better iron sights
- looks better overall

**I passed school this year, and I'm in my summerholiday now, so I have more time for K'nex (and my new GBB m93raffica)**

5* but does it shoot???

ITS THAT POSTER AGAIN!!!!!!! XD
Just kidding; why do you still have that thing?
The pistol is great man! Love it.
Hehe, thanks. That poster just hangs on my door, dunno why.
To tell the date. Lol.
T.I.P. Mr. Trololo
It's a very nice handle but other than this it's just a generic pistol. Unfortunately since k'nex is an imprecise medium for intricate building it's pretty much impossible to make an identifiable pistol but other than this I think you've done an alright job.
Thanks. K'nex is indeed pretty hard to make pistols with, unless you make a huge gun, that's 3 x the size of the real one.
nice model. i can see it shooting weakly with some kind of cockable small hammer. it would probably be a single shot, top loaded, weak gun, but still shooting, without ruining it's nice looks. 2 things, though:
1. what's with that stick at the back?
2. the Deagle has a slide on it's back, unlike most pistols, that is only about half the length of the barrel. you don't have a slide at all on there, but if you make a short one, it will be easier to make the small hammer thing i described.
Thanks! It can maybe indeed be hammer fired, anyways:
1: it's that thing (don't know it's name) that runs from the handle to the back of the pistol (most pistols have some sort of that kinda thing, the D.eagle has a pretty large one
2: I didn't know how to put a slide on, sorry :(
1. yes i thought that was what you meant for it to be, but i think it's way too big. should be half the size.
2. it's very simple. just make a rail on both sides that the slide attaches to at the bottom, and have that pulled forward by a weak band and there you have it.
1: Oh, ok. I'll try to make it smaller.
2: thanks, gonna try that tomorow. (can you perhaps show a photo of something like that, I'm not to good in making such things)
It's the right size, the desert eagle is oversized. Lol.
Nice.Only problem I can see is the back top part of the handle is too long. That can be fixed though.
Nice. is het handvat wat steviger dan die van de vorige Desert Eagle? die had wat speling.
Bedankt! het handvat is inderdaad wat steviger aan de rest vastgemaakt (zoals je op de enerlaatste foto kunt zien
really cool gun
NIce gun. One of the best I've seen and also I got a little bit of knex off Ebay
Thanks! And nice! What're you building next?
I don't know u have an idea
Hmm, not realy.
anything would be acceptable for me
Mkay, maybe a bolt action slingshot or so. (repeating slingshot, with a Bolt you must cock for the ratchet to go 1 band further)
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, Not a bad idea. I was thinking about a bolt action rifle single shot That would load through the top or side.
Arghhhh! You and your models!!!

Haha it looks great but I would love to see it shoot.
Ha, thanks! I'd like to make it shoot, however, I can't make it look good and shoot in a pistol shape. I'll try a good looking and shooting gun next.
thx dude
No problem?
