• some wires (optional)
 • base (I used a cut piece of wood painted gold)

TOOLS:

 • drill
 • soldering iron
 • spray paint

PROJECT:

Step 2: PLANNING

Stick a sheet of paper with a project printed on it to plexiglas with double-sided tape.
You can use mine or make your own in AutoCad, Photoshop etc.

Step 3: DRILLING

Drill holes in indicated points and remove a sheet of paper.

Step 4: PLACING LED'S

Place LED's inside the holes.

Step 5: SOLDERING

Solder the LED's with resistors and connect everything together.

Step 6: INSTALLING PUSHBUTTON SWITCH AND BATTERY HOLDER

As above. Drill a hole for placing pushbutton switch and fasten battery holder in indicated place. Then solder it with circuit.

Step 7: PAINTING

Make your own base for LED Christmas Tree and paint the back of plexiglas gold.

Step 8: CLEANING

Remove the protecting foil cover from plexiglas and voilà! Your LED CHRISTMAS TREE ON PLEXIGLAS is done!

Great lit Christmas tree design. I like how it is flat enough that you could hang it on the wall too.

Thanks a lot! That's my first instructable. Yeah I planned to do that but I was afraid of short circuit. Building over it's back with another plexiglas could fix that.
