 in summer with my friends we eat Ice cream , 
suddenly i think , why should threw ice cream empty cup . i brought it at home 
and clean that . 
now day's plastic pollution is one of dangerous  problem . 
i make that cup useful . made LED lamp
here is idea how to make that lamp

I'd be a little scared to see the schematic... It's a pretty basic transformer-less, which drops the 230 VAC down to a lower DC voltage to run the LEDs, likely wired in series. Really should have been some safety notes, mains isn't something to take so lightly. And not at least giving parts values, it'll be a little tough for others to get this to work, and some chance of a spectacular failure, that first time you flip the light switch.

Not entirely a bad idea, just need more details on the electronics, kind of dangerous otherwise.

it's just as dangerous as making your own wall wart, which is a risk accepted in electronics. I know you can run LEDs off mains using a capacitor
