Introduction: LEGO Dalek

Picture of LEGO Dalek

I made this Lego Dalek on a Sunday afternoon. It is 100 percent my own design. This may require techniques you are not familiar with (Or knew existed) So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MORE THAN 5 YEARS OF LEGO BUILDING. If you are a beginner at LEGO, I would try finding another Instructable to help you. Don't say I didn't say that this is hard.

If you are either too lazy or want to support charity, I have donated two to Creations for Charity, a non-profit organization that donates all money to charity during Christmas. Not only can you can get them here (http://creationsforcharity.org/) on October 15, but I have donated some other stuff and you can buy other people's creations as well.

Step 1: What You'll Need

Picture of What You'll Need

First off, you will need the following:
-Experience

-Lots of LEGO (This is vital...)

-To know your LEGO pieces:

-x1 Plate, Modified 3 x 2 with Hold

-x1 Dark Gray stud

-x1 Brick, Modified 1 x 2 x 2/3 with Studs on Sides (Any color)

-x1 Wedge, Plate 3 x 2 Left

-x1 Wedge, Plate 3 x 2 Right

-x3 lever, with light grey base

-x2 lever base -x1 Bar 1L with Clip Mechanical Claw (DK Gray)

-x1 Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Handle on End - Closed Ends (DK Gray)

-x3 1x2 plate (DK gray) -x3 Dish 2 x 2 Inverted (Radar) [Light gray]

-x1 2x2 plate (DK gray)

x1 Slope 30 1 x 1 x 2/3 (Dk gray, AKA "Cheese slope")

x1 Brick, Modified 1 x 1 with Studs on 4 Sides (any color, AKA "Travis Brick")

x2 Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with 1 Stud (DK gray, AKA "Jumper Plate") OR

x2 1x2 tile (Also DK gray)

Step 2: The Body Inside

Picture of The Body Inside

You will need to start with the black dog-tag piece. Place the gray stud in between the studs in the middle of it. next, place the (In my picture) Black camera-like piece with the bottom facing out on the gray stud.

Step 3: Armor and "Eggs"

Picture of Armor and "Eggs"

Next, get the claw part and click it on the 1x2 with handle on end. This next part is VERY tricky. After putting the claw on the plate, GENTLY put the claw's end on the camera piece, NOT ALL THE WAY THROUGH! After that, put the wing pieces on the sides. On your right side (or if your in the Dalek, Port side), put an antenna. on the left, you will need to take the antenna out of the base (Do this to two if you haven't already). Discard an antenna, you will only need one. Take one of the bases and put it in backwards. Then put the other base in normally.

Step 4: Back of the Baddie

Picture of Back of the Baddie

Remember how I said to put the claw in Softly? NOW it comes in handy. Get one of your 1x2 plates and flip it over. There SHOULD be a little circle in the middle of it. That (surprise!) is what you will need. Put it on the back of the camera body piece on the top stud GENTLY, as not to push out the claw. Then, get your 2x2 and put the other two 1x2s on the bottom. Do the exact same you did to the 1x2 and put it below that using the same technique.

Step 5: Head Part

Now we get to the head. Get two of your three dishes and put them together. Place these on top of the body. Now, get your Travis brick. Put your jumper plates on the sides with the little circle placed in the stud. Now get the antenna and using the same technique you did for the starboard arm, take the base of one and put it on the other. put this on the front. On the back of the head, put your cheese slope sloping down. Last, put the final radar dish on the top. Place your head on the top. Now, your Dalek is complete!

Step 6: Finish

Now that you have your Dalek, go invade Kashyyyk or Naboo or Mars or something. But, once you are there, raise the flag of PPZ, or Pirannah Petting Zoo. If you don't, this will be considered a type of PLAGIARISM! So please, If you post this somewhere, give me credit and don't be a parasite. You can find those here too.
