Introduction: Lace Lighting Inspired by Origami Tulip
let's make a cute night lighting for your room...:)
Step 1: Materials and Devices
1. Nails
2. Hammer
3. Wooden frame
4.scissors
5. wood adhesive
6. lace
7. plastic bowl
8. solder gun
9. solder
10.cables
11.linear LEDs
12.12V adapter
Step 2:
first you need a hammer, a lot of nails and a frame...
Step 3:
first fit the nails leaving two centimeters between...
Step 4:
then take a deep plastic bowl, about one and a half meter of elastic lace and some white wood adhesive about half a kilo...
Step 5:
pour the adhesive into the bowl and cover the lace with it....
Step 6:
...then strain it on the frame with nails..
Step 7:
wait for it to dry and harden....it may take about 7 hours:/
Step 8:
take the lace of after hardened and give a squere shape to fol it as a tulip shape....
Step 9:
FOLD AND UNFOLD THE CROSS CORNERS ONE TO ANOTHER THEN COLLAPSE THE
MODEL
Step 10:
FLAT FOLLOWING EXISTING CREASES.AFTER THAT FOLD THETOP LEFT FLAP OVER TO THE RIGHT,REPEAT
ON OTHERSIDE.
Step 11:
FOLD AND TUCK RIGHT OFTOP LAYER INTO THE PREVIOUS FOLD AND REPEAT ON THE OTHER SIDE.
Step 12:
THEN GIVE
VOLUME WITH YOUR HANDS .
Step 13:
THEN THE FIRST LAMPSHADE IS READY ...NOW YOU NEED two LAMPSHADES
MORE TO COMPLETE THE LIGHTING.
Step 14:
take the soldering machine and solder to fit the LED linear lights to the cables...make three more led-cable combinations and connect them with the 12V adapter.....
Step 15:
make the tree circle base then drill the cable holes in the centers of them....
Step 16:
then connect with the wires and LED lights....
Step 17:
put the lampshades on the base... and your night lighting is ready:)))
