Step 7Attaching The Shock Cord

Attaching The Shock Cord
To make the shock cord, take two 25 inch peices of string and lay them next to each other. Then take the super glue and apply it to both ends and then every Four inches of the string all the way to the end.

Now, we need to make the part where we attach the shock cord to. To make this, trace two circles using the motor casing. Then cut them out using scissors or a hobby knife. Now, make a hole in the middle of the two circles. Then, apply super glue to one side and lay the other one on top. Once dry, make a notch on the outside of two circles that are now one. Then tie the string to it and apply super glue so it wont come undone. After dry, put some glue on the top of the motor casing and then put the circle on top of it. then set aside to let dry.
