Introduction: Lazy Layer Breakfast
So, this is what we're going to make!
Step 1: Get Your Ingrediënts Together.
Step 2: Get Creative!
By slicing your banana in small layers you will notice that they will stick very easily. Gently place them into the glass.
Step 3: Mash It Up
Put the coconutmilk, banana slices (keep some for topping if you like), shredded coconut, some nuts and a bit of water in a pan or bowl, mash it until it becomes a 'porridge-texture'.
Use 2/3 of the mix to create the first layer.
When poured, add the berries to the remaining banana-porridge and mix it up.
Pour on top of the first layer
Step 4: Toppings!
Now you're free to use anything you like. I've used shredded coconut, raw cacaopowder and more nuts. Try to create contrast with your ingredients. It'll look cool ;)
Step 5: Enjoy!
There you go. A nice, fancy looking, easy and healthy breakfast!
