Step 1:

First you have to stretch your back. Do a seal and then touch your feet to your head if you can't do it the that's fine

Step 2:

Go to a wall and put your hands on it with your fingers facing down and walk down the wall

Step 3:

Go to a stool or a bed or anything and put your hands on it and walk down

Step 4:

There
wow impressive, When I was a kid I could do that. At this point I'm pretty sure the closest to that back-bend I could do is the very first part of step one where ya' are laying flat on the floor......
