Yeah that is the downside but i tried aiming them at the corners and thought about putting aluminum tape to reflect the light just didn't have time.

I don't own any type of variable power supply like you have in the picture. Did you have a plan for a different power source?

I wanted to use a 5v power supply i have but didn't have the right resistors at the moment.
