Step 1: Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 lemon
- fresh ginger root
- 1 tbsp honey
- In a pan add to 2 cups of water and bring to boil. Remove from heat.
- Thinly slice 1/2 lemon and fresh ginger root and put into a pan and steep about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Anti-inflammatory Lemon Ginger Tea
Strain the liquid and pour into cup. Add 1 tbsp of honey.
