Introduction: Lemon Potato Fries
There are a large amount of potato fries in the market but I bet you would have never heard of Lemon Potato Fries because it doesn't exists till now.
This Dish was invented by me just a few hours ago.
It is followed by a traditional way of making fries but at the end you need to add lemon to it while roasting and all the other tastes are taken over by the taste of lemon.
So what are you waiting for let's get started.
Step 1: Ingredients
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Tomato souse
- Chilli souse
Step 2: Chop the Potatoes
Wash the potatoes well so that the mud on the top will get removed.
Now chop the potatoes in such a way that the way you chop for French fries.
After chopping clean them and dry them for a while.
Take these into a bowl and add cornstarch (2 tbspn)and salt(1 tbspn) to it and mix it well.
Step 3: Mild Fry
Keep a pan on the stove and pour little amount oil into it.
After the oil gets heated put these potato stacks that we kept in the previous step to the pan.
Mild fry these potato figures and keep them aside.
Step 4: Pan Work
Keep a pan on the stove and turn on the heat, add a little amount of oil onto the pan.
Now add Ginger Garlic paste followed by onions and capsicum.
Roast this well until the onions get roasted
Now add a little amounts of Vinegar, Chill souse, Tomato souse and roast this well by continue stirring.
Step 5: Add Fries and Serve
Now take those fries that we kept aside previously.
Add them to these mixture on the pan and stir it continuously.
Now after it gets fried up a little add few drops of lemon into these, lemon dominates all the other tastes and gives the fries a lemon like flavor.
Though it leaves a bitter like taste in your mouth it feels amazing as soon it meets your taste buds.
