A Used Light Bulb

14 Gauge Aluminum Wire or any pliable wire

Assorted Tissue Paper

Permanent Markers

Pipe Cleaners

Googly Eyes

Small Puff Balls

Acrylic Gel Medium

Medium Craft Paint Brush

Glue Gun

Glue Sticks

Really lovely !!! and wat a great way to fill up the iron with tissues. 
To me, the more a project starts from basic (preferably recycled) materials, the better. So this is a high-score, you bet !
In my stack of craft magazines, there's something about dipping a  loop of iron in a kind of special paint, but yet another sort of paint wasn't basic enough to me. 
And, I always wanted to do something with paper napkins, but I couldn't find a picture I liked, and with your technique you only need a plain one, woohoo.
