4 cups of Blackberries
6 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp heavy cream (in game says a cup, but I think it would be too runny)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cup regular brown sugar (or 1/3 cup substitute brown sugar)
1 tsp cinnamon (Or more if you like cinnamon, yum!)
Pie crust ( I use Pillsbury's pre-made pie crust so I can use the second for the top.)
Step 1: Wash them berries!
Step 3: Blend the dry ingredients
Step 4: Put in the berries!
Let cool a bit and you can serve it warm or cold. Up to you! Will keep in the fridge for a week, if it lasts that long.
Tip: If you use frozen berries, it helps to sprinkle 3 tablespoons of corn starch in pie crust just before you add the blueberries! That helps to suck up any additional liquid, so the pie won't be runny.
