Introduction: Low Cal Choco-chip Cookies

There are times I crave for done cookie dunking in hot milk!!! I am trying to lose a few pounds... I figured these cookies are the best way for those cravings without adding to the pounds!!! P.s:I couldn't take a picture of it fully as my niece had to have a bite!!

Step 1: Ingredients

3/4 cups sugar 3/4 brown sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 2 and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 ounce salt 2 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 and 1/2 chocolate chips

Step 2: Mixing

Preheat oven to 190C. Mix all the dry ingredients together. In a another bowl. Best the eggs lightly. Add in the sugars and beat till creamy. Add the oil and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and mix slowly. Till you reach the right consistency. Add the chocolate chips.. Slowly. Line parchment paper . Spoon dough according the size you desire and bake for 10 mins. Some ovens may take more. Once baked leave them a while in the parchment paper till they harden a bit. If you bake them more they turn a little brittle. I like them chewy so I bake only for about 10 mins or 12.
